Nice! I recorded “California Girls” yesterday. Their stuff is so richly layered! I always think it will be easier to cover than it ends up being.

I started working on some covers of Pixies songs before Hurricane Helene, now here I sit on night 3 without power. I may throw in some Placebo now when the lights decide to come back on.

I don’t have anything particular in mind. My only rule for myself is i want to post songs i haven’t recorded before. So whatever pops in my head and won’t leave is fair game, so long as i can figure out how to mash it out some way.
Kind of like what i did for my test song. Which i might have regular posted if i could have waited a few more days! (I would have felt like i cheated! Hahaha)
