You did such a good job, made me want to look up any background on it - apparently, it was a challenging song for them to record as well and other tid-bits if interested. The music world sure was different then.

That was an interesting read! Thanks for recommending it (and listening).
I get an earworm of this whenever I’m in Soho or thereabouts. Good stuff! Excellent werewolf noises :). Aroooooo!
you should check out some more warren zevon songs, this one is far from his best. it was his first hit and i disliked it so much that i didnt listen to anything else. but about 15 years later i discovered his catalog and he has become one of my favorite songwriters. you do good job on thi as you have done on all the other coves you have taken on, so i enjoyed hearing it,
My husband warned me, “Isn’t that the Warren Zevon song all his fans complain about because it’s not his best but it’s the one everyone knows?” I definitely have never heard anything else of his. I’ll give other songs a listen. Thanks!
I do so love this song.
So catchy.
I don’t care that “it’s not his best”.
Let the haters hate.
You really do a great job here on the uke.
Such a versatile instrument, right?!?
Nice vocals, as well.
Great job here.
Thanks! I’m biased, but I kind of think any song that can work on guitar can work on ukulele.
This is so good!! I like that song but you make it so much more approachable and understandable. Love love love
