Im Gonna Love Her Anyway by Bob dylan and Bill White

full disclosure. in one of my more idle moments, I had the idea to take a track dylan made but didnt use an write ome imitation dylan lyrics and sing in an imitation voice . then i distributed it among dylan fan sites and hoped to start a rumour of an undiscovered basement tape track. I dont know if anyone fell for it, gut i got over 1000 views on soundcloud. this was many years before some band took an unused song from the rejearsal tapes of the pat garrrett and billy the kid soundtrack called rock me mama and wroote some additional lyrics and renamed it Wagon Wheel. Anyway, it is sort of a satirical cover of a sng dylan never wrote. As far as a co write with dylan, although i did this as a joke without his permission, it is closer to a cowrite than a couple of songs friends of mine actually did with dylan. for examle, when roger mcguinn asked dylan for a song to use on the easy rider sounstrack, he scribbled the phrase "the river flows to the sea " on a napkin and sais. Her ya go roger. you finish it. and it became the ballad of easy water. another time, danny o keefe aksed him to write a song with him and dylan scribbled Down in the Well on a piece of paper and said much the same thing and danny wrote "well Well Well, which i used as the title song for my film “Womad Station.” so considering dylans lame contributins to those two songs, im not too ashamed about trying to pass this one off as a co write. its all in fun anyway.
