Another one take ukulele cover. The original song was an Oasis B side sung by Noel, but became widely known as the theme song for tv show The Royle Family.

I didnt listen to much Oasis after their first album. I saw them in a small club in Boston and they struck me as being kind of dumb. But I like hearing you do this song. It reminds me of some of the English singers of the mid sixties like Cilla Black and Lulu.

I like their album Definitely Maybe (Deluxe Edition Remastered).
This track you do, it’s interesting to me, how they mix it. Different “era’s”, periods, it seems had a “formula”, or do not! : ) have one. So, if one listens to early “classic rock”, so to speak, one might notice the stripped down, single track dubs for each sound source and then full L/R separation, 100% even each side.
- It’s possibly, insignificant, but, it is a choice and I like it. It carries through their work. So, on the album above - there’s three producers and them listed. Personally, I think it’s smart not to hand-off ones work to someone.
Anyway - another interesting track, to then track down - great stuff! : )
