100 Days of Ukulele Concludes (81-100)

Well! I stopped updating 100 Days here (it ended way back in June), but now I feel like I should just cap it off by showing I did finish. Most are covers, just a few originals sprinkled in.

81: “One Fine Day” (Carol King)

82: “Junk-Start My Heart” (original song 8)

83: “No One” (Aly & AJ) - a private student asked me to arrange this one

84: “Who By Fire” (Leonard Cohen)

85: “Songbird” (Fleetwood Mac/Christine McVie) - this is a Cynthia Lin picking arrangement.

86: “Ron de Jean, Private Investigator” (original song 9)

87: “XO” by Beyoncé - my student asked me to write out an arrangement as close to Cynthia Lin’s cover as possible, so I did my best.

88: “You and Me On the Rock” (Brandi Carlile)

89: “H.O.L.Y.” by Florida Georgia Line - an arrangement I made for a private commission

90: “Cowboys are Frequently Secretly Fond of Each Other” (Willie Nelson + Orville Peck, most recently)

91: “What I Am” (Edie Brickell and New Bohemians)

92: One-Take (public) Tutorial on Taylor Swift’s “I Bet You Think About Me”

93: “You Can’t Miss Her” (original song 10)

94: “You and Me and Our Wicked Ways” (original song 11)

95: “The Soppiest Love Song” (original song 12) - working with a few definitions of “soppy” – and my tongue firmly in cheek.

96: “Wake Me If You Do” (original song 13)

97: “What Will Stay” (original song 14) – I wrote this song based on a classic short story called “The Yellow Wallpaper”

98: “Sparrow and Stone” (original song 15)

99: “Time To Go” (original song 16) – a silly little song for the late loved ones in your life

100: “Emmylou” (First Aid Kit)
